Harrison, 31, from Cambuslang, who is serving eight months for drink-driving and assault, told Glasgow Sheriff Court he mistook the man for someone else.

He will begin his new sentence after completing his other jail terms.

The Honda motorbike was in collision with a van and a car on the bridge linking Edinburgh to Fife.
