"I've been kickboxing for 10 years and I'm very good. Pretty much professional." he chuckles.

"It's great fun," he adds. "I've broken some bones - my arm, twice - from some hard falls. It's a great skill to have, though. Good fitness, and good for a bit of self defence it you get mugged."

On and off-screen runner Vicky Binns, aka Molly, is glad she's become a great role model.

"After making my exercises DVD last year, and now the running, I'm able to show people that if I can do it, so can they," she beams.

"I do my training in the morning to get it over with," she explains. "I feel so good after running, I want to have that feeling for the whole day."

Graeme tells Joe more painkillers will cost him £50. Joe doesn't have the cash and resorts to desperate measures to feed his habit - he steals from Gail.
