Blake Fielder-Civil, who said the singer confessed to him in April last year, was granted a "quickie" divorce from the 25-year-old star at a hearing in London.

Blake, 27, who described himself as a music video producer, stated in divorce papers before the court he found it "intolerable" to live with Amy.

Neither party was present for the proceedings - lasting a matter of seconds - at the High Court's family division.

Blake was granted an undefended decree nisi from the singer.

In a question and answer style document, he was asked: "State briefly your reasons for saying that the respondent has committed the adultery alleged." He answered: "The respondent confessed the adultery to me in April 2008."

He said that since April 2008 he and Amy hadn't lived in the same household.

Blake, whose address was given as Barnby Lane, Claypole, Newark, was also asked: "Do you find it intolerable to live with the respondent?" He answered: "Yes."

The name of the person with whom the singer is alleged to have committed adultery was stated as "not known".

In a separate document Amy was asked: "Do you admit the adultery alleged in the petition?" The star answered: "Yes." She also stated that she didn't object to paying the cost of the proceedings. Amy said she received the divorce petition in April this year while in St Lucia.

The videos, from Geller's private archive, also feature the late singer's visits to Exeter City Football Club.

The psychic said the hour-long ITV1 documentary was an attempt to show the "real" Jackson. It is expected to be sold around the world.

The film to be included in My Friend Michael Jackson: Uri's Story has not previously been broadcast and includes shots of his infamous midnight shopping outings. He was said to spend hundreds of thousands of pounds during regular blow-outs.

Former I'm A Celebrity contestant Geller will also add his own recollections of conversations with Jackson and the controversies which engulfed him.

He said: "This is the real Michael Jackson, the way that just a handful of friends were privileged to see him - relaxed, witty, loving, smart, sincere and genuine.

"This film gives audiences around the world the opportunity to experience the reality of life with Michael."

Geller, who invited Jackson to be best man when he renewed his wedding vows, added: "I'm thrilled that we were able to record this footage, because it focuses on one of those very rare crossovers when entertainment becomes history, of great importance to hundreds of millions of people.

"It breaks my heart that the world has lost such a beautiful human being, a brother to everyone and a friend whom I was proud to call my brother - thankfully he is not completely lost, because we have his music and our memories. And my clearest memories of all are captured on this videotape."

Tito Jackson said the three children all bore a family resemblance, with seven-year-old Blanket - whose real name is Prince Michael II - having the same eyes as the late singer.

He told the Daily Mirror: "They are all his children - Blanket is Michael's, I can tell, those eyes don't lie, them eyes are Michael over again, I see a lot of Michael in him."

He also dismissed suggestions that the children were too pale to be Jackson's.

He said: "Just because they look white doesn't mean they are not his. Prince looks just like my grandfather. There's no question they are Michael's.

"They are 100 per cent his... They remind me of me and my brothers when we were growing up."

But he said nobody, including himself, knew the identity of Blanket's mother, describing it as the "million dollar question".

Blanket was born to a mystery surrogate mother the singer never even met.

Despite growing up in the glare of the media spotlight, the children were all "very, very normal," Tito, 55, added. He said they enjoyed wearing masks when they went out and that they knew they and their father were famous.

His comments came as pictures emerged that were said to depict needle puncture marks on the star's ankles and a large wound on his right shin - thought to have been caused by his injection of drugs.

The late King of Pop suffered severe burns after a pyrotechnics mishap caused his hair and scalp to catch fire.

Still photos of the accident have been seen before, but the new video on Us Weekly's website (http://www.usmagazine.com) showed the moment Jackson's hair caught on fire.

The singer didn't realise his hair was on fire. In the video, he's still dancing as the flames are on his head. People on set tackle him to extinguish the fire. When Jackson emerges from the pile of people trying to help him, the top of his head is bald.

The accident, witnessed by thousands of stunned fans at LA's Shrine Auditorium, came at the height of Jackson's fame.

It marked what would be the beginning of serious, lifelong pain for Jackson, who has been described by relatives and friends as being hooked on pain medication at the time of his death last month at age 50.

Jackson, who was photographed in an ambulance with a bandage on his head and his trademark sequined white glove on his right hand, required several surgeries and needed skin grafts to treat the injury.

In his autobiography, Moonwalk, he described the cause of the accident as "stupidity, pure and simple".

As he described the accident, he wrote: "... bombs went off on either side of my head, and the sparks set my hair on fire. I was dancing down this ramp and turning around, spinning, not knowing I was on fire."

Pepsi gave Jackson 1.5 million dollars, which he donated to a burn centre named after him.

Australian Orianthi Panagaris - who was seen playing with the King of Pop during footage of rehearsals for his London shows - said she saw no signs of ill health.

Speaking to musicians' website musicradar.com, the blonde said: "It still hasn't sunk in that he has actually passed, we're still in shock."

Orianthi - who was recruited for the shows after Jackson's team emailed through her MySpace page - continued: "What you see on the footage is what he was like to us. That was what was so shocking for all of us. We saw him dancing and singing and interacting and joking, having a great time, so excited.

"He wasn't sitting in a chair coughing and looking sickly. To be with him on the night before (he died) was hard."

The rehearsals were held at LA's Staples Centre, where the guitar player later took part in the star's memorial.

Orianthi said: "Getting back together with the band and to be playing the funeral not the show .. we were looking around at each other thinking 'are we really doing this?' We were just really sad because we're all big fans."

Orianthi said Jackson took a hands-on role in the show, saying: "He would direct us, he wanted everyone to have certain moments in the show, give me guitar solos, hit your highest note here, this is your moment and he was just so giving and encouraging which was awesome."

Orianthi said of the gigs, which were due to start at the O2 this week: "It's just so sad that he's not here to do it."

She added it was "an amazing show".

The 67-year-old played a 20-minute set on top of the marquee of the Ed Sullivan Theatre as part of his first appearance on the Late Show With David Letterman.

Thousands of New Yorkers stopped in the street to watch the mini-concert, which included Coming Up, Band On The Run, Let Me Roll It, Helter Skelter and Back In The USSR.

The Beatles made their US television debut on the Ed Sullivan Show on February 9 1964 and went on to make numerous appearances over the coming months.

Asked about his memories of being in the theatre Sir Paul recalled the nerve-wracking experience of waiting for the curtain to go up when, during one recording in 1965, he played Yesterday solo.

"The audience was out there and we were very new to America, loving it but a little bit scared," he said.

"I had to do Yesterday - my song - on my own, and I'd never done this, I'd always had the band with me, but they said 'You're doing Yesterday'.

"So I'm standing there and the floor manager, the guy on the curtain, came up and said: 'Are you nervous?' I said no, and he said: 'You should be - there's 73 million people watching.'"

Sir Paul - who returned to the theatre only once since his Beatles days to play a show for MTV in 1992 - joked to Letterman: "People know my history much better than I do."

He opens a US tour in New York tomorrow (Friday).

"The prospect of lie-ins, taking my kids to school and doing something new is, I confess, rather exciting. I will, of course, be taking the keys to the Live Lounge (her live music spot) with me to my new weekend show - so the live music will continue - but I'll be leaving behind a spare set for Fearne."

Fearne said of her role: "I love being at Radio 1 and taking on a weekday show is a dream come true.

"Jo is leaving very big shoes for me to fill and it's nerve-wracking. She has been a massive inspiration to me throughout my career so I have a high standard to live up to."

Fearne already co-hosts weekend shows with Reggie Yates, which he will now continue to present alone. Other changes include weekend breakfast host Dev moving to the early breakfast show vacated by Greg James.

The changes kick in on September 21.
