RDF executive Nigel Pickard said: "We feel there&#39;s real potential for these classic brands to be reworked for a modern day audience."<br /><br /> Any new versions will be co-produced with Pidgeon Entertainment which has granted RDF licences to the brands.<br /><br /> Worzel Gummidge originally appeared on ITV for four series from 1979 to 1981 starring ex-Doctor Who Jon Pertwee and Una Stubbs as Aunt Sally. <br /><br /> RentaGhost, about a group of ghosts living in suburbia, ran on BBC from 1975 to 1984.
